Digital Goa, Mar 21 – Goa govt has notified the “Amcho Ganv, Amchi Parampara, Amchem Daiz” scheme for writers who write or translate books on Goan culture, tradition, rituals, heritage, socio-linguistics etc. Directorate of Official Language will provide financial support and assistance to the authors, writers, translators of Konkani and Marathi languages in devanagri script, who write or translate books related to Goan culture, tradition, rituals, heritage, socio-linguistics, etc. The quantum of assistance will vary from Rs 30,000 to Rs 85,000 depending on number of pages, for 500 copies of the book.
