Digital Goa, July 4 – Heavy rain received in last three hours in Margao and Panaji. Margao recorded 44 mm rain while Panaji received 41.5 mm from 8 pm to 11 pm tonight. Margao received 88.5 mm of rain since 8.30 am today while Panaji received 61 mm rain during the same period. Pernem received 16.5 mm rain in last 3 hours and Mapusa received 15.5 mm rain in the same period. Pernem recorded 42 mm and Mapusa recorded 29.5 from 8.30 am to 11 pm. According to IMD moderate rainfall activity will continue for some time. IMD also warned of flooding and waterlogging of roads near settlements and some houses in Taleigao and Mala area.
