Digital Goa, October 6, 2025 – Margao Police have seized six private cars over the past few days for allegedly being used as rental vehicles without proper authorisation. The action followed a complaint from Konkan Railway officials. Police said a drive has been launched against such violations and strict action will be taken against offenders. Fines have been imposed on the seized vehicle owners, and the police plan to write to the RTO seeking suspension of their permits, informed officials.
