Digital Goa, July 20 – Ladli Laxmi applicants who are married and have still not still received the amount of Rs one lakh assured under the scheme, will be given the same on priority, by this month end or by next month, assured CM Pramod Sawant today. He also said that payments of 11,000 DSSY and Griha Aadhar beneficiaries which are long pending will be cleared within 2 months. He asserted that the benefit payments are not delayed due to lack of funds with the department but due to departmental procedures. The department still has Rs 7 crore in its account, earmarked for these schemes, he claimed.
