Digital Goa, Sept 1 – The police investigating the 1993 Mauvin Godinho Power rebate scam have found four more witnesses untraceable. With this total number of untraceable witnesses has gone to 10. Now, 10 more fresh witnesses have been issued summons and asked to appear before the Margao Trial Court, which is hearing the case.
