Digital Goa, May 25- Tribal Welfare Minister Govind Gaude hinted at corruption in the Tribal Welfare Department while speaking at the Prerna Din function in Ponda. “In my opinion, administration has weakened today. We take the files of contractors below Shrama Shakti Bhavan. ‘Something’ is taken from them, and then they are asked to submit their files,” Gaude remarked, pointing to alleged irregularities in the department. He also suggested that the government should celebrate Prerna Din at the state level only after resolving all long-pending issues concerning the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community.
