Digital Goa, June 5- Colvale police have arrested one more person in the minor girls kidnapping case based on statement of the victim girls. The arrested accused is identified as 19-year-old Bihar native Vikas Mukhiya who was residing at Bicholim. Both the minor victim girls have stated in the statement given to the police that they were sexually abused by the accused persons. In view of this stringent sections of POCSO Act have also been added into the crime. Two minor girls, aged 12 and 15, were rescued from Karnataka by Goa police on May 31. Two accused persons were arrested for allegedly kidnapping the minors and holding them hostage in a house in Hubballi in Karnataka.
