Digital Goa, June 20 – Bicholim police arrested a 17-year-old boy for a hit-and-run accident in Sankhalim last night that injured a 30-year-old Kudnem resident. The minor, while overtaking, hit an oncoming two-wheeler and fled. The incident was caught on a vehicles dashcam. Locals tracked the car and handed over the minor driver and three occupants to the police. The accused were later released by police. FIR has been filed against the owner of the car.
