Digital Goa, May 28 – Pernem Police have arrested a mobile thief and recovered five mobile handsets and one smart watch from his possession. Saidul Latib Mandal (24), a labourer from West Bengal currently residing in Calangute was caught in connection with the theft of a mobile phone from a parked truck at Dhargal. Mandal was traced and arrested in Colvale on May 28.
