July 25- Mopa link road toll issue will be decided by the Ministry of Surface Transport. A representation has been given to the Union Minister of Transport in this regards, informed Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho. Taxi operators and Mopa locals have been protesting against the imposition of toll on the newly opened link road to Mopa International Airport.
