Digital Goa, Nov 28 – TCP Dept has issued an order stating that certain permissions and clearances will be processed only online from January 1, 2026. The permissions to be covered under this requirement include (i) Development Permission and Technical Clearances for Multi-Dwellings up to 4 units (ii) Completion order in respect of construction which have been approved in online mode, by uploading the drawings and documents in soft copy on the portal https://bpams.goa.gov.in . Till Jan 1, applicants may apply either online or offline, informed Vertika Dagur, Chief Town Planner (Admn./Planning/Landuse).
