Digital Goa, April 14- Lifesavers carried out several successful rescues over the weekend, including three double rescues and the saving of two kayakers from drowning. At Palolem, a lifesaver used a jet ski to rescue kayakers from Karwar and Bengaluru after their kayaks capsized. In Mandrem, two Russian women were pulled from a current in a coordinated effort. At Agonda, a lifesaver rescued two Israeli children swept away by a wave.Two tourists from Chandigarh also were rescued at Anjuna.
