Feb 24- A person from Mumbai identified as Anthony Marian Cardoz has been arrested by Mapusa police for creating ruckus and damaging several vehicles while driving in inebriated state. In a bid to escape after the accident, Anthony continued driving even while his tyre was totally punctured.
