Digital Goa, July 6 – A Taxi driver from Chimbel who was found grievously injured, with both his legs smashed near Merces on Wednesday night succumbed to injuries today morning. The deceased is identified as 42-year-old Jayesh Chodankar from Chinchwada, Chimbel. Jayesh died while being treated at GMC Hospital today morning. Old Goa police have apprehended one Krupesh Volvoikar from Brittona and Pritesh Adkonkar from Chimbel and registered cases of hit-and-run and assault in the matter.
