Digital Goa, Oct 10 – The 37 th National Games Torch Relay which is slated to travel to all 12 talukas of the state to create awareness about the games was flagged off by CM Pramod Sawant today in the presence of Sports Minister Govind Gaude. CM urged all Goans to wholeheartedly participate in the event. The 37th edition of the prestigious event will be inaugurated by PM Modi on Oct 26 at Fatorda Stadium. However, the sporting events will kick off from Oct 19 with Badminton matches at S.P.M Stadium, Goa University . The National games are to be held at five locations in Goa including Mapusa, Margao, Panjim, Ponda and Vasco and some locations in Delhi.
