Digital Goa, Feb 3- A 36-year-old man from Navelim, Salcete has been arrested by Women Police for allegedly raping a girl by luring her with marriage promise. The accused is identified as Allasaheb Mulla alias Vicky. The man allegedly forced the girl to do abortion after she conceived. He was arrested after the girl filed a complaint at the Panaji Police Station on Feb 2.
