Panaji, May 15: Goa govt has Introduced a new scheme, “Divya Niwaas Yojana”, to provide financial assistance for running residential facilities and halfway homes for persons with disabilities. Under the scheme, eligible registered organizations and government institutions will receive up to ₹4 lakh per month for recurring expenses. In addition, a one-time grant will be provided for the purchase of furniture and essential equipment.
