Digital Goa, Feb 25- Nigerian national has been held by Anti Narcotic Cell(ANC) of Goa police with narcotic drugs worth Rs 74.75 lakh from Arpora. The accused is identified as 56-year-old Innocent Okezuonu Anaemen. He was found in possession of 480 gram cocaine, 15 gram Ecstasy powder, 250 gram charas.
