Digital Goa, October 14 – Pernem Police today arrested Ugochukwu Solomon Ubabuko (43), a Nigerian national, after seizing 61 grams of ganja and 3 grams of ecstasy worth around ₹40,000 during a raid near Old Ferry Point, Dhargal.
