We will ensure that minimum inconvenience is caused to the public, he said. Carnival will be held in Goa from Feb 28 to March 4. The float parades will commence on March 1 from Panaji, Margao on March 2, Vasco on March 3 and in Mapusa and Morjim on March 4.
