Nov 26- Notorious criminal and alleged master mind in various land grabbing cases in Goa, Siddiqui @ Suleman Khan has been re-arrested by Valpoi police in 2.16 lakh sq mtr Curca land grabbing case. 54-year-old Karnataka native and resident of Madel, Thivim was nabbed from Hubli on Nov 12 by Mapusa police. He has been re-arrested by Valpoi police based on complaint filed by Rafael Luis Jose Lobo from Feira Alta, Mapusa in December 2021 at Valpoi police station to the effect that prior to 30.6.2021, Gopal Salgaonkar and Kalpana Salgaonkar from Ambedem, Sattari and Pankaj Chodankar and Pooja Chodankar from Siroli, Sattari along with Suleman Khan with intention to illegally grab the complainants 3 ancestral landed properties together admeasuring 2.16 lakh sq mtr situated at Goalim-Moula ,Curca in Tiswadi taluka prepared fake sale deeds with forged signatures. The accused falsely showed the sale deeds as executed before Sub Registrar Valpoi and used the same as genuine, stated the complaint. Suleman was produced before JMFC Valpoi and the court has granted four days police remand for the purpose of investigation.
