Digital Goa, Oct 31 – Commenting on recent Oceanman open water swimming event fiasco at Caranzalem, Khaunte attributed the issue to the highhandedness of an IPS officer. The event was organised without obtaining due permissions by the organiser, he added. Khaunte advised IPS officials deployed in Goa to understand ground realities and feelings of locals.
