Digital Goa, Oct 23, 2025 – A 30-year-old man, identified as Avinash Roy, a native of Odisha, died after being run over by a train at Platform No. 6 of Margao railway station on Wednesday morning. According to reports, Roy was attempting to board the moving train when he reportedly lost his grip and slipped, falling beneath the wheels. He sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot. Railway Police have registered a case of unnatural death and are conducting further investigations.
