Digital Goa, 11, July – The Crime Branch arrested Laxminarayan Bhimsen Dora, a 34-year-old from Odisha, for possessing 11.9 kg of ganja worth Rs 12 lakh near a beach resort at Tembwada, Morjim. Crime Branch team caught Dora red-handed with flowering and fruiting tops of the ganja plant.
