Digital Goa, December 2 — The wild elephant Omkar has once again entered villages in Pernem, causing significant damage to crops and private property, residents reported on Monday. Locals from Uguem, where the elephant has been recently spotted, said the elephant uprooted coconut trees, destroyed banana plantations and damaged multiple vehicles during its movement through the area.
