Digital Goa, November 30 – The wild elephant popularly known as Omkar was spotted once again in Goa after a gap of nearly 3 months. He was seen at Fakirpado in Pernem on Sunday. The animal was last observed in the same region in early September before disappearing into the forest stretch towards the Maharashtra border.
