Digital Goa, Sept 1 – Colvale Police have arrested one person from Thivim for abusing and insulting the modesty of a lady police officer. One Lyndon Sequira from Sirsaim Bardez had recorded a video in which he abused and insulted the modesty of a lady police officer. The said video was also widely circulated on social media.
