Oct 21- Padamol-Quepem witnessed a horrific accident wherein a sedan car rammed into several bikes, killing Abdul Khader Badshah on the spot and leaving Sufyan Shaikh critically injured. The car driver fled the scene immediately after the incident. Locals allege that the driver was under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident. The driver was arrested later. The deceased has a 6-month-old child.
