Aug 23- Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu will be in Goa to attend the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) meeting scheduled on Sept 14. During his visit to Goa he will be able to observe the situation in Goa vis-a-vis Dabolim airport, hoped CM Pramod Sawant. ICAO’s second Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Civil Aviation is scheduled in New Delhi in September. One of the meetings of the conference will be held in Goa. ICAO is a specialist agency of the United Nations set up to define international safety, environmental and operating standards for civil aviation.
