Digital Goa, July 19 – Goa Govt was grilled in assembly today over the handling of Mhadei issue . Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao & Vijay Sardesai charged that the govt is compromising on Goa’s interest in Mhadei case. Vijay questioned why the govt did not press for stay on Mahadayi Tribunal Award in Supreme Court & increase in gradient by Karnataka. Yuri questioned Rs 66 lakhs spent on lawyers and pointed out that no meeting of house Committee was held so far. CM clarified saying that objections are raised with union minister and continuous follow up is being taken up.
