Digital Goa, August 25 – A case has been registered against shop owner from Ponda for allegedly breaking the seal of a shop at Angarki Building, Warkhane, Ponda, which had been seized by the Mamlatdar Office as per the order of the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB).
