Digital Goa, Mar 1 – Lawyer of Babush Monserrat has objected to the CBI’s move to close his case against police in Panaji police station attack case. According to the lawyer of Babush Monserrate, CBI did not intimate his client about the closure of the case. He said that the closure report should have been filed before special court, Margao and not JMFC Panaji. He also demanded copy of the closure report. Meanwhile, special court has issued summons to five more witnesses in alleged Power rebate scam.
