Digital Goa, Feb 27 – All roads in Panaji city will be ready by March 31 while other beautification and footpath works will be completed by June end. Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Ltd has given undertaking to the High Court to this effect. “IPSCDL will be committing contempt of court if they fail to meet this deadline, said Advocate General Devidas Pangam.
