Digital Goa, April 11- CM Pramod Sawant has warned that Panchayat Secretaries failing to issue house repair NOCs within three days of application may face immediate suspension. He said complaints against such officials must be made to the Panchayat Director and strict action, including removal from office, should follow. “Some tightening is required. The government has already started tightening laws. Those posing hurdles in government work will not be tolerated,” Sawant stated.
