Digital Goa, Dec 10 – Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte today said that December — traditionally the strongest month for tourism activities in the state — has already been impacted by the recent Indigo Airlines disruption and may be further affected by the Arpora fire incident. Khaunte urged the media to support the government in conveying a clear message that Goa is safe and that tourism activities continue as usual. The minister noted that while incidents do raise concerns, authorities are taking all necessary measures to ensure safety and maintain Goa’s image as a secure and welcoming destination.
