Digital Goa, Nov 10 – A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed before the High Court challenging three key state government decisions — the Mhaje Ghar housing scheme, the law to regularise illegal constructions, and the recent amendments to the Communidade Act. The petition is scheduled for hearing on November 17. The PIL has been filed by activist Kashinath Shetye.
