Digital Goa, Mar 20 – A Public Interest Litigation(PIL) has been filed before the High Court regarding dust pollution due to Smart City works in the capital city. Panaji resident who has filed the PIL has sought that the authorities be directed to provide mechanism to curb dust pollution during ongoing Smart City works. The petition also seeks setting up of real time ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations at different locations in Panaji.
