Digital Goa, November 30 – A self-accident at Loutolim on Sunday evening claimed the life of a pillion rider and left the motorcycle rider with grievous injuries. According to police, the rider, identified as Everist Gauncar from Arlem, Raia, allegedly drove the motorcycle in a rash and negligent manner before crashing into a road divider, causing both occupants to fall. The pillion rider, Joliton Fernandes from Carvota, Loutolim, sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed during treatment.
