Aug 30- Owner of the pitbull dog owner from Peddem, Anjuna who left the ferocious dog unleashed at his residence has been arrested. The owner identified as Abdul Kader Khwaja has been booked for culpable homicide. The dog attacked a child Prabhas Calangutkar yesterday. Prabhas later succumbed to injuries.
