Digital Goa, Sept 24 – The police custody of all eight accused, including Zenito Cardozo, in the brutal assault case of social activist Rama Kankonkar has been extended by two more days, authorities confirmed on Wednesday. Kankonkar wasattacked in broad daylight on the afternoon of September 18 by a group of bike-borne men in full public view. The case has drawn significant public attention, highlighting concerns about law and order and the safety of activists in the state.
