Digital Goa, March 11 – A case has been registered against Tanmay Talak for allegedly obstructing LPSI Veronica Coutinho from serving a court notice at an office in Fatorda on March 10. Talak allegedly insulted, restrained, and attempted to assault the officer while allegedly trying to prevent the service of summons. He also attempted to snatch her mobile phone from her hand while she was trying to record the incident, states the complaint. The officer had gone to the office to serve a Notice dated 07/02/2025 issued by the JMFC, ‘A’ Court Quepem to Tejas Talak in connection to the FIR No. 7/2023/A.
