Vasco police have registered a case against an unknown person for allegedly setting fire to a shop at the Sunday Market Complex, triggering a blaze that engulfed around 145 shops and caused extensive damage. According to the state complaint filed by Vasco Police Inspector, the incident occurred at 11.50 pm on October 28. The fire spread to shops within the premises, completely gutting several establishments belonging to different owners, states the complaint.
