Digital Goa, Dec 17 – Valpoi Police on Wednesday said a woman from Sattari alleged that she was abducted by Vithal Zore of Ansolem, Bhironda, and taken to an isolated jungle area near a mining pit at Redyeghati Amyakade, where she was wrongfully confined, assaulted and sexually assaulted. The accused also allegedly robbed her of her mobile phone, ATM card and bike keys and issued death threats. He was arrested on December 17 at around 1.30 pm.
