Digital Goa, Feb 21 – The Goa State Pollution Control(GSPCB) has started the process for developing a Digital Portal and Dashboard for Noise Monitoring in the state. GSPCB has sought bids from eligible parties for the work. The application will be deployed on empanelled cloud server of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY). The solution is expected to collect data from noise monitoring devices installed across the state in real time and reflect it on the dashboard on web based application and mobile app, along with GPS locations. In addition the application is expected to provide dashboard for easy representation in map display, graphical presentation and viewing of summary in statistical form on large screen displays. The platform should be robust and be able to handle more than 1000 users per second, states the tender document.
