Pooja Naik, prime accused in Govt Job Scam alleges involvement of Minister, IAS Officer, and PWD Engineer

Digital Goa, Nov 7 – The prime accused in the multi-crore job scam that rocked Goa last year, Pooja Naik, has dropped a bombshell by accusing a minister, an IAS officer, and a PWD engineer of involvement in the scam. Speaking to a local channel, Pooja Naik threatened to expose their names if they fail to return the amount of ₹16 crore within 24 hours. She told the channel that she, along with others, had paid ₹16 crore in cash to the IAS officer and the PWD engineer on behalf of over 600 job aspirants. The money, along with job applications, was allegedly handed over at their offices in Porvorim and even at the Secretariat. “Not a single applicant was given a job,” she said, adding that she was receiving a commission for every application. “I am repaying the applicants in whatever way I can since the main recipients have refused to return my money,” she added. She said she will meet CM Pramod Sawant and reveal the names of main accused in the presence of the media.
