CM along with local MLA Rohan Khaunte laid foundation stone for construction of 1000 Cubic Metre pump with pumping arrangements at JMJ pumping station, Porvorim. The Water Supply Improvement Project for Porvorim, Bardez Taluka is aimed at ensuring a sustainable and uninterrupted water supply for the region, said Sawant. The project includes the construction of a 650 cubic meter Overhead Reservoir (OHR) at Dhonwada and the installation of a 200mm DIA Pumping Main across Dhonwado, Kitla, Salvador do Mundo.
