Digital Goa, June 26 – Fire Service personnel from Vasco managed to recover the body of 18-year-old Shivkumar Pawar from Porvorim who had drowned in river at Velguem, Sattari yesterday. Shivkumar had gone for a swim in the river with friends when he was pulled inside the water due to strong currents, his friends who accompanied him told the police.
