Digital Goa, Oct 27- South Goa Special Court has adjourned the Power rebate scam case allegedly involving Power Minister Mauvin Godinho to November 22. Fresh summons are to be issued to witnesses in the case. The Panaji police station attack case involving Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate and wife Jennifer Monserrate has also been adjourned to November 24.
