Dec 15- Pratima Coutinho was taken into custody by the Margao police today for hurting religious sentiments during a protest held by Congress in 2020. Pratima who was the Congress Mahila Chief then has been arrested for failing to appear before the court in the matter. She is to be produced before the court tomorrow at 2.30 pm.
