Digital Goa, Oct 25- Directorate of Higher Edn has appointed Prof Pravina Kerkar as officiating principal of Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College of Arts and Commerce, Pernem. Prof Filipe Rodrigues e Melo, Officiating Principal at the college was relieved from his duties and repatriated to his parent institution St. Xavier’s College Mapusa today morning following row over permission for Saraswati poojan in college premises.
